I'm so glad I found this site. A short while ago, I called customer service of a well-known advertised product to inquire about my tomato planter order, ordered in April. I was told they are backordered. I wouldn't get my order (4 for $61!) until mid-June. Forget it, I cancelled. This was supposed to be for my 88 yr-old mother for Mother's day. Boy, am I annoyed with that company, they advertised on tv, they should have been prepared.
