Does water run out the plant hole after you water? If not it could be too dry. When mine are over watered the leaves get brown and start drying up and dropping. When mine are dry I stay green but wilted. Advice I've heard is get into a rhythm, water it well, I'd say 12-18 oz of water and then not water for a 1-3 days, watching for wilt. In between if you are worried about it get a spray bottle from the dollar store and spritz the leaves until wet with water, in your case after the heat/light of the day has mostly passed to prevent shock. Then repeat the watering cycle when you think you need to. Lengthen the time if you start to see unexpected brown off and dead foliage. Shorten the time if it gets really wilted. Tomatoes tend to like the soil to get on the dry side between watering.
